Even though the canvas customizer only has standard sizes, we can print custom sizes. Please give us a call at 727-443-1900 or email us at david@pcpprinting.com and we’ll help you with your order.
What is the biggest canvas size you can ship?
We can ship canvases up to 30” x 40.” Anything larger will have to be picked up at our location. Once you add your canvas to the cart and enter your shipping address, you will be able to see what your options are for shipping.
Can I use customize products on my phone?
The product customizer does work on mobile, but a desktop is recommended for the best experience.
What if the quality of my image is too low to print on the canvas size that I want?
We don’t recommend printing your image at a lower resolution than 72dpi, so you may have to choose a smaller size canvas. If you need a high-resolution photo of your original artwork, we offer fine art scanning and proofing on both canvas and paper.
How can I tell if the colors will look how I want them to on a custom product?
Because every computer screen is different, there is no way to tell if your colors will be 100% accurate. Colors can also vary depending on the print type and product. In general, our customers are very happy with the quality of our printing. If you are concerned with how your product will look printed, we recommend ordering a single test product first before placing a larger order.
